North Project – LOGICOR CENTER


LOGICOR CENTER BUCHAREST will be one of the most modern and best equipped logistic centers in Romania, designed to cater for the needs of international logistics service and light industry providers. It is located on the Bucharest ring road, in Mogosoaia town, only 10 km away from the city center of Bucharest.
By air: “Henri Coanda” airport – the biggest and the most important airport in the country – is about 8 kilometers from Bucharest Distribution Park.
By railway: a direct railway link to Constanta harbor and its container terminal, as well as to the entire railway network to access to any place. The length of the executed railroad on site is 240m next to hall B and 280 m parallel to the northern internal road.
By road: The traffic connection to the inner ring road and the planned outer ring road of Bucharest, as well as to the entire national and international infrastructure, is facile and quick.


WAREHOUSE DESCRIPTION

Hall A is the smallest part of the project with approx. 20.000 sq. m of storage area, divided in 4 modules, and approx. 560 sq. m office space.
The Halls B, C and D are identical; each of them contains 5 modules and a total storage area of approx. 40.000 sq. m and 1.930 sq. m of internal office space.
Hall B is directly linked to the railway on a length of 240 m.
Logicor Center is flexible also in interesting projects for tenants with lower space needs, each module can be separated in storage units up from 1.500 sq. m, and built to suit solutions.
